​I believe every human being deserves a body that feels like home.
There are times when we need a companion, a gentle guide,  the right words, the opening of a new perspective. 
To surrender to life, to reconnect to who you truly are.
Together we will use both inquiry and practice in order to reconnect to your inner landscape. Your home.
The practice may be a guided Yoga Nidra, Reiki, subtle body work, Restorative Yoga, contemplation or somatic exploration. It may be dancing, somatic practices or breathing deep into your belly. 
My role as a guide is to hold a safe and loving space as we explore the emotions, feelings and sensations that may be in the way to connect with your home within. The aim with these sessions is that you will build a strong connection with your inner guide and learning how to be your own healer. 
I believe every person is capable to become their own healer and I would love to offer you some tools and guide you back into your home. I’m here to support you along your journey.

My meeting with Maria
I`d just come home from living a year abroad and had barely begun my yoga journey. I signed up for some yoga classes and I am eternally grateful that it was Maria who was the teacher. She would eventually become a dear friend and the person who would inspire myself to become a yoga teacher.
